Plain White mens salwar kameez

I always order from Shaam G never had any problems before but this time they sent me the wrong size the clothes which is (Mens shalwar kameez size large) the suits wasn't in original packaging was open the shirt buttons were also open and suit had stains on it, the shalwar looked different size as of size small instead of a size large I don't know why this happened, looked like someone had wore them before and then sent it in my order to me, I couldn't return them because I find it too much of a headache.I would advise them to just check the items thoroughly before shipping them to customers.
