Changed your mind?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the item in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you a refund which will exclude the original postage cost. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed from the day you return the products.

Items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact. We recommend that any returns are sent by a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Condition of returned items

The product must be returned in its original packaged condition. If a product shows signs of use, including but not limited to make-up transfers, stains, perfume or other odours, or any other sign of wear, it will not be refunded. If you wish to receive the item back you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

In-store returns

Please note: refunds cannot be issued in our Bradford store for orders placed on the website. Online orders can only be returned by post to the returns address we provide once your return has been approved.

How to return an item

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Before posting your return, please email us at shaamgonline@gmail.com quoting your order number, your name, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

If your return is approved, we will email you the return address and confirm the next steps. Any items sent back to us without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return delivery charges

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items, you will be responsible for the cost of posting them back to us. We recommend that any returns are sent by a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Faulty or incorrect items

All our items are inspected before dispatch. However, should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and wait for our response before sending the item(s) back to the returns address, in an unworn condition and in its original packaging, within 6 months of receipt.

All items are checked when returned. If we find that your item is faulty, we will refund you the full cost of the product including your original delivery charge. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value, together with the refunded amount.

After you receive the refund confirmation email, please allow at least 5 working days for the money to be returned to your account. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account, so we do not have control over this timeframe. If your card has expired or has been declined, we will arrange an alternative method of payment.

Notification of receipt of your return

Once your returned order has been processed by our team, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know.

If you do not hear from us within 14 days, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Your statutory rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
