Return policy

Returns and refunds are in accordance to our terms and conditions, before making any purchase we advise customers to read and understand our terms and conditions

We are more than happy to accept returns and issue refunds of items (not all items are applicable for return and are mentioned in the terms and conditions under Section 1 and also terms mentioned below) within 7  days of purchase after this period we hold the right to refuse any returns.

We hold the right to decline any return request if we believe that the terms and conditions of the return have been violated.

For all returns the customer is required to cover delivery costs. 

For all returns a £4.95 handling charge will be deducted from the refund. 

The product must be in it’s original packaged condition. If the product shows signs of usage (this includes but is not limited to:make-up transfers, stains, perfume smell or any other signs of use) the product will not be refunded, and if you wish to receive the item back you will be expected to cover delivery costs.

When returning a product it is advised to provide us with a tracking ID number which you can get from the delivery service, this will allow us to track the return shipment easier. 

It takes anywhere between 5 to 15 working days after we have received the return for a refund to be issued. This is because items go to a different facility where they are checked, approved and then processed. On busier times, it may take even longer.

If you have sent an item for return and it is not approved for a refund, you will be notified via email or text, therefore we advise all customers to provide us with your email and phone number when emailing us.

In your email let us know if you require a refund or exchange and the reason for returning, if your request is approved we will then email you our return address details.
